Big and famous New York developer Extell with Gary Barnett hired Christian de Portzamparc to design outstanding new tower on the plot of an L shape. They wanted the best views in the city and the best condominium in NY. And Christian made it. One 57 is located just 2 streets from Central Park. First 20 floors will be occupied by Park Hyatt Hotel with 210 rooms.
