Southport Residence is beautiful seaside home designed by BGD Architects in Southport, a large seaside town in the Metropolitan Borough of Sefton in Merseyside, on the Irish Sea coast of North West England.


This home is a little bit different from all those modern houses we usually work with, but it's definitely on the same quality level. Exterior is very detailed and well done, including facade, terraces, garden, swimming pool, the whole backyard in general along with the landscape.

Interiors are in great connection with beautiful outdoor space surrounded with green plants and vegetation. Decor is fresh, contemporary, bright, very friendly and filled with family atmosphere.

Queen Of The Penthouses - St Pancras Apartment, London

Bloody Hell! Now, we all love beautiful penthouses and there will always be those that are really amazing and those little less amazing. But here comes the queen.


St Pancras penthouse apartment is located in London and it's designed by Thomas Griem of TG Studio. What is so amazing here is this huge attic space which could had been easily wasted. But it's used in the best possible way. All I would add here is some crazy slide or rope to get myself down like the king.

"TG-Studio has transformed this 3 bedroom penthouse located in the grade 1 listed St Pancras chambers. The apartment is one of three penthouses in the 52 unit development by the Manhattan loft corporation. It covers the top three floors of the west tower of this famous London landmark.

The master bedroom, which is located on the top floor, is now reached through a new staircase that turns around an oak clad storage room reached off the main entrance hall. TG – Studio enlarged the floor area on this level and separated the space into a walk in wardrobe, finished in oak and sheep leather and personalised to Arran’s needs. The master bedroom space is open plan but can be closed to the triple height living room by an electrical operated curtain."

Westbourne Grove Church is an incredible project designed by DOS Architects in one of the London's churches. Top two floors are transformed into modern home with bright interiors and open floor plan, offering unique experience of life just like in the God's Loftstory.



"DOS Architects have just completed with the consultancy from P & N Homes their stunning transformation of the top two floors of a former church in London’s trendy Notting Hill. The new apartment, which is centred round a beautiful double height space, is a marriage of old and new which brings together state of the art technology, beautiful finishes and architectural details. Traditional elements have been retained, such as the church’s original arched windows and modern features incorporated to highlight the Gothic elements of the building.

The 400m² home has a unique open plan layout which allows almost full transparency between all living spaces and, indeed, its residents. This feature, a specific request of the client, has been achieved through innovative devices such as the cantilevered glass staircase connecting the two floors as well as the glass walls surrounding the master bathroom."
